产品介绍

台盼UltraBlue 在细胞渗透性方面与台盼蓝相似。活细胞不可渗透。与台盼蓝相比,台盼UltraBlue对细胞的毒性较小,特别是对细胞表面受体的影响小。我们的Trypan UltraBlue 钠盐经过高度纯化。我们的Trypan UltraBlue 也可用于防止荧光染料(如FDA,罗丹明123,JC-1,TMRE,TMRM,Indo-1 AM,Fura-2 AM,钙黄绿素AM,Fluo-3 AM,Fluo-4 AM) ,Quest Fluo-8 AM和Rhod-4 AM)从细胞中泄漏出来。它可能抑制药物外排泵的活性,因为它含有如下所示的丙磺舒样部分。与丙磺舒相比,它是中性的,在水中高度可溶,并且使用方便。其细胞机制仍在调查中。我们的Trypan UltraBlue 经过高度纯化,多可使用0。5 mM,具有小的细胞毒性。我们推荐的浓度为0.25 mM。
