硫黄素T(ThT),也称为碱性黄1或CI 49005,是苯并噻唑盐。 该染料用于可视化由阿尔茨海默氏病患者的大脑中发现的β-淀粉样蛋白组成的斑块。 当它与β片层结合时,例如淀粉样蛋白低聚物中的那些,该染料的激发光谱发生特征性的120nm红移,可以在450nm处选择性激发,从而产生482nm的荧光信号。 ThT快速且特异性地与合成β-淀粉样蛋白(1-40)形成的反平行β-折叠原纤维结合,但不与单体或低聚中间体结合。 ThT的结合不会干扰β淀粉样肽向淀粉样原纤维的聚集。 硫黄素T酸是制备硫黄素T的各种生物缀合物的有用工具,所述生物缀合物可以将硫黄素T导向所需的靶标。 它是制造硫黄素T的肽和其他缀合物的重要试剂。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供优质的硫代黄素T,羧酸。
