产品介绍

吲哚菁绿 是美国AAT Bioquest生产的花菁染料,吲哚菁绿(ICG)是一种用于医学诊断的花青染料。 它用于确定心输出量,肝功能和肝血流量,以及用于眼科血管造影。 它具有接近800nm的峰值光谱吸收。 这些红外线频率穿透视网膜层,使ICG血管造影成像比荧光血管造影更深的循环模式。 ICG与血浆蛋白紧密结合,并限制在血管系统中。 ICG的半衰期为150至180秒,仅通过肝脏从胆汁液中排出。 近的一项研究表明ICG在注射后20分钟内靶向动脉粥样硬化,并提供足够的信号增强,用于体内检测动脉粥样硬化兔中富含脂质,发炎,冠状动脉大小的斑块。 离体荧光反射成像显示,与注射生理盐水的动脉粥样硬化兔相比,注射ICG的动脉粥样硬化兔的斑块靶 – 背景比高。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供优质的吲哚菁绿。
