MMP Green 基质金属蛋白酶绿色荧光底物是美国AAT Bioquest生产的用于检测MMP的试剂盒,基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)组成了锌依赖的内肽酶家族,它们是细胞外基质中发挥重要的作用。这些酶造成结缔组织的断裂,并且在骨骼重塑、月经周期和坏损组织的修复中发挥着重要作用。目前,对MMPs在生理功能中的具体作用还难以评定,但是也发现其在关节炎的形成,癌症的浸入和转移中发挥关键作用。MMPs具有多种底物,这些家族成员中的大部分成员都可以降解不同类型的胶原蛋白,这些胶原蛋白通常与弹力素,凝胶和纤粘蛋白一起。很难找到一种选择性的单一MMP酶底物。该试剂盒内的FRET底物是是用于检测一种MMP酶活性的底物,也可结合纯化的MMP蛋白,被用于MMP酶抑制剂的筛选。该FRET底物是基于AAT Bioquest的TF2/TQ2 FRET对,当MMP催化水解其底物时,TF2/TQ2 FRET对分离,这样FRET多肽底物MMP Green的荧光强度增加,相应的其荧光强度与MMP酶活性成比率,以获得其活性数值。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供优质的MMP Green 基质金属蛋白酶绿色荧光底物。
