产品介绍

胰凝乳蛋白酶荧光底物BOC-Val-Pro-Arg-AMC是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光底物,BOC-Val-Pro-Arg-AMC是α-凝血酶的敏感荧光底物。非荧光基板产生亮蓝色荧光AMC产品,其具有Ex / Em = 351 / 430nm,并且可以使用DAPI滤光器组容易地检测。据报道,BOC-Val-Pro-Arg-AMC的α-凝血酶和α-凝血酶卟啉葡萄糖苷复合物的Km值分别为21和25μM。 BOC-Val-ProArg-AMC的α-凝血酶和α-凝血酶葡萄糖凝固酶复合物的Kcat值分别为105和89s-1。该底物也已用于MRSA(耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌)的快速检测。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供优质的胰凝乳蛋白酶荧光底物BOC-Val-Pro-Arg-AMC。
