产品介绍
Amplite ADHP过氧化物和过氧化酶荧光探针是美国AAT Bioquest生产的过氧化氢酶荧光底物,Amplite ADHP与AmplexRed 在化学上是相同的(AmplexRed 是Invitrogen的商标)。它是一种敏感的荧光过氧化物酶底物,其背景比其他商业供应商的材料低得多。ADHP产生高荧光的试卤灵,其大吸收为571nm,大发射为585nm。与其他HRP底物如二氢荧光素和二氢罗丹明不同,ADHP的空气氧化是小的。到目前为止,ADHP被认为是用于检测HRP和H2O2的灵敏和稳定的荧光探针。ADHP已被广泛用于检测许多免疫测定中的HRP。另一方面,ADHP也可用于检测痕量的H2O2。基于ADHP的H2O2检测比常用的硫氧还蛋白对H2O2的检测灵敏度至少高一个数量级。由于H2O2是在许多酶促氧化还原反应中产生的,因此ADHP可用于偶联酶促反应,以检测许多氧化酶和/或相关酶/底物或辅助因子如葡萄糖,乙酰胆碱和胆固醇,L-谷氨酸,氨基酸等的活性。简单地制备10-20mM DMSO储备溶液,然后稀释到测定缓冲液如PBS,Tris缓冲液中,用于测定50-200μM。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供优质的Amplite ADHP过氧化物和过氧化酶荧光探针。
