快速诊断研究人员经常会遇到为侧向流测试选择各种材料的问题,他们要把这些材料在测试中zui有效的组织在一起,玻璃纤维、聚酯、硝酸纤维素,从哪里开始,选择哪个材料?现在终于有了解决方案。基于我们特有的fusion 5(单层基质)技术,fusion 5可以再一块单一材料上展现所有侧向流试纸条所需功能(一种材料,五种功能)。fusion 5可以被广泛用于不同的测试,帮助降低开发成本,简化生产流程。作为反应膜,fusion 5需要和2um的磁珠联合使用。结合再磁珠乳液上的捕获试剂可与结合物和分析物结合,从而获得密集的捕获线。此外,将蛋白采用低PH值处理也可进行固定。fusion 5本身带有负电荷。低PH值的环境可以使蛋白戴上正电荷从而在干燥后获得固定。
