磷酸基团绿色荧光底物 PhosLite 是美国AAT Bioquest生产的用于磷酸胆碱的染料,甘油磷酸二酯酶可以催化磷酸胆碱从试卤灵磷酸胆碱中释放,并产生高荧光强度的试卤灵,该过程可以使用荧光法和比色吸收法来检测。这种磷酸二酯酶荧光底物能方便用于筛选甘油磷酸二酯酶的抑制剂。它可以用来检测磷脂酶D结合磷酸酶的活性。磷脂酶水解试卤灵磷酸胆碱并产生试卤灵磷酸盐,然后在酸性磷酸酶作用下,生成试卤灵。因此,试卤灵磷酸胆碱也可以用来检测那些不含高水平磷脂酶C的样本内磷脂酶D。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供优质的唑酮基磷酸胆碱。
