实验方案

操作方案

1.储备溶液配制

所有未使用的储备溶液应分成一次性等分试样,并在制备后储存在-20°C。避免反复冻融循环。

1.过氧化物酶反应混合物:
用适当的过氧化氢底物浓度和50至500μM过氧化氢制备过氧化物酶反应混合物。

 

样品实验方案

1.加入等体积的过氧化物酶工作溶液和过氧化物酶标准品和含过氧化物酶的样品。

2.在室温下孵育反应15至30分钟,避光。

3.用适当的仪器监测荧光或吸光度。
